Shipping policy
Processing Time All products are made to order. Orders are typically sent to production within 2–5 business days after purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Shipping Times (after production)
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada & International: 10–20 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.
Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the fulfillment facility closest to you.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the order total.
Multiple Items If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment locations. You may receive more than one tracking number — this is normal!
Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
